In 2020 Avems were appointed by design group Square Plug Round Hole to completely renovate a 19th Century Apartment on Calle de Velazquez, Madrid.

The project was a bare bones renovation/restoration merging 21st Century technology, respectfully into a beautiful Garden Apartment located in the prestigious Calle de Velazquez.
